UK & International Fees and Charges 

In this section you will find everything you need to know about the fees and charges associated with being an IMI approved centre.

Initial Application and Annual Centre fees do not apply for IMI Approved Centres using only EPA services. This is only applicable for Centres using Gateways and Support Packages.

The IMI has a 'minimum spend' requirement of £2,500 per year. When a centre's annual fee is due, the amount the centre has spent with the IMI during the previous year will be calculated. Should this amount fall below £2,500, the centre will be charged the balance along with their annual fee for the forthcoming year.

The IMI have published the 2026/2027 Regulated Centres Fees, 2026/2027 Accredited Centre Fees and the 2026/2027 International Centre Fees. These fees came into effect on 1 July 2026.

  * Non refundable payable on submission. Centre application fee is only valid for twelve months from the point of application.

  *Please note- Centres that cancel EQA visits with less than 10 working days' notice will be charged for the reschedule visit, plus any expenses incurred by IMI such as flights and accommodation.
